Qualification 1: For associations 1-24
Number of players: 32
Qualified to the group stage: 8
32 players will be randomly divided into 4 separate qualification brackets: Q1-1, Q1-2, Q1-3, and Q1-4.
In each bracket, 8 players will compete in a double-elimination playoff format, with matches being Best of 3 (Bo3).
Two players from each bracket will advance to the group stage.

Qualified to the group stage: 2
All players will compete in a double-elimination playoff format, with matches being Best of 3 (Bo3).
Two best players from upper and lower brackets will advance to the group stage.
Qualification 4: For Top ELO players
Number of players: 8
Qualified to the group stage: 2
Fix All-Time ELO rating for player selection: November 20, 20:00 UTC.
Players for Qualification 4 will be manually selected on November 21-22.
Only players who play the base version of Carcassonne (duels without expansions) will be considered.
Players who have already registered in the Group Stage, Q1, Q2, or Q3 will not be invited.
Starting from the top of the All-Time ranking list, players will be offered a chance to participate in Q4 of CCL 2025 in turn. If a player accepts, they are added to the list. This process continues until 8 players are selected.
If a player agrees to participate in Q4, they will no longer be eligible to be registered by their association for the Main Stage of CCL 2025 (in case the local championship/selection in their association is still ongoing)
