Your vote can give an association an extra spot in CCL 2027.

Fans Choice gives 3 extra spots in CCL 2027 Q3 to 3 national associations. You vote on the website. Then a live draw on the Wheel of Names picks the 3 associations. The more votes an association gets, the bigger its share of the wheel.

Who can be selected

• Only associations with 3 or fewer spots in CCL 2027 can win an extra spot.

• Associations with 4–5 spots are not eligible:

  • Argentina, China, Croatia, Germany, Japan, RCP, Ukraine.

  • Poland/Portugal: the ETCOC 2026 Bronze match winner takes 4th place and becomes ineligible. You can vote for either until the match; afterwards, votes for the winner will be cancelled and can be recast.

• An association can win at most 1 Fans Choice spot.

Vote for the association you think deserves an extra spot in CCL 2027.

Voting opens November 4 at 17:00 UTC and closes November 9 at 23:59 UTC.

• All players can vote, including players from associations that are not eligible.
• Players can vote for any eligible association, including their own.
• We check every vote. The results table updates live and shows each vote as confirmed or rejected.

Results

The draw is streamed live on the Carcassonne Ukraine YouTube channel. We will announce the exact time later.

• Every association with at least one confirmed vote goes on the Wheel of Names.
• Each association's weight on the wheel equals its number of confirmed votes.
  Example. Peru has 25 votes; Austria 20, Sweden 10, Canada 15, Malaysia 30:

• We spin the wheel 3 times. After each spin, the selected association is removed from the wheel.
• The 3 associations selected get 1 extra spot each in CCL 2027 Q3.

Each of the 3 selected associations chooses the player for its extra Q3 spot, using any method it likes. The association must tell the organisers who the player is by November 13 at 23:59 UTC.

• One vote per player.
• You can vote for any eligible association, including your own.
• If you are logged in and verified on carcassonne.gg, your vote is confirmed automatically.
• Otherwise, your vote is checked against these criteria:
  • your BGA account was registered on or before October 31, 2026;
  • you have at least 100 Carcassonne games on BGA, including at least 10 in the last 6 months. This does not apply if you have played official matches (for example, for your national team);
  • you were online on BGA on or after November 4, 2026.
• Alternate accounts are not allowed. All votes from players caught using one will be cancelled.
• Votes that break the rules are marked as rejected and do not count.
