Fans Choice allows Carcassonne players to select 2 associations, each of which will gain 1 additional player spot to represent them in the Carcassonne Champions League 2026.

 

Only associations with 3 or fewer spots in CCL 2026 are eligible to participate in the voting.

Associations with 4 or more spots do not take part in the voting: Chile, China, Japan, Latvia, Poland, RCP, Ukraine.

 

The voting will occur in 3 stages:

1. November 3-7: On the carcassonne.gg website, 4 countries will be selected from all candidate countries.

2. November 8-9: On the carcassonne.gg Instagram page, 2 associations from these 4 will be chosen to receive an additional spot in CCL 2026 Qualification 3.

3. November 10-11: Each of the two selected associations will conduct its own fan vote to choose the player who will represent their country.

Rules:

• Each player can vote only once.
• When voting, you must provide your BGA nickname exactly as it appears on the site (so it’s easy to find through search).
• Your BGA account must have been registered no later than October 31, 2025.
• The account must have at least 100 Carcassonne games played and at least 10 games played in the last six months.
• The player must have been online on BGA on or after November 3, 2025.
• We kindly ask you not to use your second/third/… accounts (smurfs). Please follow fair play.

 

We will be checking all votes for compliance with the rules.
Some votes will also be randomly verified — we will send direct messages on BGA.

Detailed results will be available to everyone for maximum transparency

The voting will take place through Instagram stories.
In the stories, you will be able to select 1 association out of 4.
The 2 associations with the most votes will receive an additional spot.

The voting will last 24 hours, from November 8, 18:00 UTC to November 9, 18:00 UTC.

The two associations need to hold a vote among all Carcassonne players and fans in their country to select the player who will represent them in the tournament
